The TRAU CE Policy is outlined on the TRAU web site ( Go to the "About" tab dropdown on the homepage and select "TRAU Policies" to read the TRAU CE Policy outline.

To make a submission using this form, fill in the form and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to finalize your submission.

If you have more than one submission, click the green "+" button to add another form and you can make multiple submissions at once.

If you do not find the CE Source listed in the drop down box that applies to your submission, please type a description or the name of the event that you are submitting credit for in the given text box. Upload any support documents above.
You can upload a file to support your CE Submission. If you have multiple files, please place the files into a compressed folder (.zip or .rar are the most common). Please limit your upload to 5MB.
